REFUND & RETURN POLICY

UNKNOWNANGEL merchandise is produced on demand. Because products are made specifically after an order is placed, all sales are generally final except for damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect merchandise, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / MISPRINTED / INCORRECT ORDERS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, as the wrong item, or in the wrong size because of a fulfillment error, contact unknownangelmgmt@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• UNKNOWNANGEL order number
• description of the issue
• clear photographs of the problem
• photographs of packaging where relevant

After review, UNKNOWNANGEL may provide an appropriate replacement, reprint or refund depending on the circumstances.

Customers should not mail merchandise back unless instructed to do so.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because merchandise is made to order, UNKNOWNANGEL does not generally accept returns or exchanges because the customer changed their mind, no longer wants the product, selected the wrong size, selected the wrong quantity, or prefers another item.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Free size exchanges are not generally provided where the exact customer-selected size was produced and delivered.

If the wrong size was sent compared with the confirmed order, contact unknownangelmgmt@gmail.com within 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS

Email unknownangelmgmt@gmail.com immediately if you wish to cancel. If production has not started, cancellation may be possible. Once production begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. Address corrections should be sent immediately to unknownangelmgmt@gmail.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipping preparation begins.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds should be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before a refund appears.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the refund results from an error attributable to the order.
