TERMS OF SERVICE

1. STORE

The UNKNOWNANGEL store offers artist merchandise and related products. Products, prices, availability, descriptions and photographs may be updated from time to time.

2. ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. UNKNOWNANGEL may decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, fulfillment problems, unavailable variants, invalid shipping information or technical errors.

If a paid order is canceled before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. PRICING

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, are displayed before payment. The final total shown at checkout is the amount submitted for payment.

4. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. UNKNOWNANGEL does not intentionally collect or store complete payment card numbers on its own servers.

5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

UNKNOWNANGEL merchandise may be produced after an order is placed. Because merchandise is made to order, ordinary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer-selected size, or personal preference are generally not accepted except where required by law.

Customers should carefully review product information before completing checkout.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Customers should contact unknownangelmgmt@gmail.com as quickly as possible if they need to change or cancel an order. UNKNOWNANGEL will attempt to accommodate requests received before production begins. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional terms are contained in the Shipping Policy.

8. REFUNDS

Refunds, replacements and product problems are governed by the Refund & Return Policy.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The UNKNOWNANGEL name, branding, photographs, artwork, designs, graphics, music-related content and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to falsely represent an affiliation with UNKNOWNANGEL without authorization.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users may not use the site to commit fraud, interfere with security, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, abuse checkout systems, impersonate another person or violate applicable law.

11. PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Reasonable efforts are made to display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly based on screens and normal manufacturing tolerances.

12. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

UNKNOWNANGEL does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The website may be modified, maintained or temporarily unavailable when reasonably necessary.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNKNOWNANGEL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or merchandise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that legally cannot be waived.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The effective date above reflects the current version.
