Orders enter fulfillment after successful payment verification. Production time varies depending on product availability, order volume and fulfillment conditions.

Shipping rates are calculated using the products, quantities, variants and shipping destination in the order. The applicable shipping rate is displayed before payment.

Shipping and production estimates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.

TRACKING

When tracking becomes available, customers receive an UNKNOWNANGEL shipping notification containing the available carrier, tracking number and tracking link.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products in a single order may occasionally arrive separately.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate street address, apartment or unit, city, state, ZIP/postal code and country.

ADDRESS PROBLEMS

Customers needing an address correction should immediately contact unknownangelmgmt@gmail.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping preparation begins.

LOST / DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers experiencing unusual shipping delays or delivery problems should contact unknownangelmgmt@gmail.com and include their UNKNOWNANGEL order number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is available. Customs duties, taxes or import fees may be charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise, and are the responsibility of the customer.
